Different assessments

The initial session is about building rapport, to get a clear understanding of coaching topics, level of challenge, goals and a feasible action plan. The analysis of assessments will help you to get a better view of yourself and are beneficial for unleashing your potential, strengthen (social) skills and optimizing performance. There is the possibility to do one or more of the following six assessments:

DISC is the leading personal assessment and social profiling tool. DISC stands for dominance (accomplishment results, the bottom line, confidence), influence (Persuading others, openness, relationships), steadiness (Cooperation, sincerity, dependability) and conscientiousness (Quality and accuracy, expertise, competency).

DISC assessment helps you (and your team) to determine coaching topics based on your personality profile and

  • how you respond to conflicts, what motivates you, what causes stress, how to solve problems

  • improve working relationships by recognizing the communication needs

  • facilitate better teamwork

  • develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles

  • manage more effectively

360-analysis is a process through which feedback from an employee's subordinates, colleagues, and supervisor(s), as well as a self-evaluation is gathered. It helps to improve employee performance.

A list of questions about your strategic, tactical and operational skills and performance, is answered by a carefully selected group of anonymous raters who interacts regularly with the employee. Skills and performance topics includes: leadership, innovation, communication, people management, etc.

The results of the analysis can be used for coaching topics like personal development and performance optimization.

The EQ test reflects on a person's ability to empathize with others: identify, evaluate, control and express your own emotions; perceive and assess others' emotions.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify emotions (your own and others), to understand the effects of these emotions, and to use that knowledge to communicate and guide behaviour. Emotional intelligence can help you reach your goals and help you persuade others to your opinion. This emotional intelligence test will evaluate several aspects of your emotional intelligence and will suggest ways to improve where needed. It is used as input for coaching.

The VIA assessment is a survey of character strengths that provides information to help you understand your core characteristics, so that you can improve your personal and business life and thrive.

Character strengths are the positive parts of your personality that impact on how you think, feel and behave. Scientists have identified 24 character strengths that you have the capacity to express. By doing the VIA assessment you will discover your unique profile of strengths. Knowing and applying your highest character strengths is the key to you being your best self, meaning you can improve your life and thrive.

Leadership Assessment Do you have what it takes to lead others, drive an organization, be ahead of the curve and push innovation? This assessment will evaluate your leadership profile, style and competences.

Excellent leaders have a vision, set value, create goals and make sure their people do the right things. Leadership is a combination of innate talent combined with learned skills. The outcome of this assessment is a clear objective overview of leadership strengths and weaknesses. It can be used for coaching topics like personal development, career progress and critical thinking.

MTQ+ Mental Toughness test measures the tolerance of pain and stress, as well as the mental power and motivation to cope with setbacks and disappointments.

Mental toughness is about how effectively individuals deal with stress, pressure and challenge. It describes the mindset that every person adopts in everything they do and is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience and grit. The test looks at how we think, which is a key driver for the development of behaviour and attributes. It is used in coaching for topics like positive thinking, focus and discipline, motivation, etc.
